We do this by leveraging the total combined spend of all our Group Client Members and then by joining closely with our carefully selected Supplier Partners to continually focus on their Assurance of Supply, Regulatory Compliance, Quality, Service, Cost, enhanced Technologies and their latest Product/Service Innovations.
Then, through extensive analysis and leveraged supplier partnerships, we provide pre-negotiated agreements that lower costs, simplify existing order processes and enhance critical/related data gathering. This comprehensive Category Management oversight ensures cost competitiveness, continual product/technology innovations and the strongest partnerships and true collaborations with our Supplier Partners that save money and optimize operational efficiencies.
Our demonstrated goal is to collectively operate our Group Purchasing Organization as the “first sourcing choice” for Small, Women, Minority and Veteran owned businesses, not-for-profit businesses, educational institutions and other organizations seeking both high-value contract opportunities and optimal choices for a broad/growing array of products and services. Meri is an extremely accomplished Procurement Executive and Consultant with a broad range of global experience and expertise in many Supply Chain areas including Procurement, Operations, Quality, Organizational Design and Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, Negotiations, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management. As a senior leader in both large corporations and private equity firms, Meri has led teams in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. Although she is more professionally known for driving results (bottom and top line), engaging stakeholders, delivering value, increasing cultural awareness and leading critical change management implementations, Meri also shares a very “active” personal life and life-long love and exciting adventures with her (very precious and sometimes “precocious”) two adorable Schnoodles – Seaira & Pebbles.
Meri is a strong, demonstrated strategic visionary leader with a continual focus on increasing corporate financial strength. She has solid financial and operational skills including the ability to perform complex global supplier negotiations. Along with strong business acumen, she also has the ability to quickly grasp and positively impact a company’s desire for strategic growth and it’s key profit/performance metrics. Meri has an open “well-honed” executive presence and thus possesses the ability to work across a very wide range of interpersonal styles and cultures. Meri consistently exceeds cost reduction targets and in total has saved companies just shy of $1 billion dollars!
Meri is a sought after public speaker and is a Certified Energy Procurement Professional. She has served on the ISM National Diversity Committee and as President, and Program Director for ISM Florida Gulf Coast. Meri proudly serves on the St. Petersburg College LINCS Advisory Board for Supply Chain Management.
Meri earned her Masters of Business Administration from Saint Leo University, herBachelor’s of Arts Degree from Eckerd College and she has attended an Executive Leadership program at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Meri has recently graduated from the Small Business Executive Entrepreneur program through
The Jim Moran Institute at Florida State University. She was a scholarship award winner.

John is an energetic, creative, “hands-on” certified and results/metrics oriented professional. He has significant global management experience and exceptional achievements spanning several industry sectors – Electronics, Healthcare, Printing, Direct Marketing, Manufacturing, Energy, Aerospace/Defense, Big Box/Retail, Instrumentation & Controls, Pharmaceutical and in every aspect of lean Supply Chain/Materials Management including indirect and direct Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, advanced MRP/ERP implementations, Commodity Management, Production Planning, Spend Analysis, Negotiations, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Distribution, E-sourcing, Transportation, Contract Management and Organizational Team building.
John is also a well respected Supply Chain Management Consultant, a certified CPM and a successful AIRS Certified, Executive Recruiter. He is very active with ISM Florida Gulf Coast, serves on the LINCS Supply Chain Advisory Board at St. Petersburg College and also teaches several SCM courses as an Adjunct Instructor at the college as well.
John earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis College, University of New England and has completed Executive Management Programs at both Sloan/MIT and Kellogg/Northwestern Universities.
Manny Samson, MBA

Manny is a subject matter expert Practioner with 20 years of varied Business Consulting/Services experience. Manny has a broad background in Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations Management. Manny has extensive leadership experience in managing Strategic Sourcing activities; developing Sourcing Strategies, Supply Chain activities, Manufacturing, Quality and E-procurement initiatives. His broad experience spans across various industries and geographies. Manny has held various leadership and staff positions with both strategic and operational responsibilities on a global basis. He has also consistently demonstrated strong project management and communication skills, along with team leadership capabilities during his many different assignments in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Manny has earned a Master’s of Business Administration (Finance) from Marist and hisBachelor’s of Science (Marketing) SUNY New Paltz. Manny is also Bi-lingual (French / English)

Why will some Supplier Partners need to charge a delivery fee if we do not meet their minimum order requirements?
Some Supplier Partners will need to add a delivery fee to cover the cost of shipping on smaller orders that do not meet their minimum order size required for free shipping. In those cases we recommend increased efficiencies and lowered costs by consolidating your orders.
How much will we save?
Savings will vary by category and contract. Savings typically and range from 5% – 45% off your current costs.
What is a supply chain?
A supply chain is actually a complex and dynamic supply and demand network.
